Q. Do you sell Richardson 112 hats?

A. Yes we do. That is a customer favorite hat that we have available in a variety of colors.

Q. Do you do anything other than hats?

A. Yes, we offer a variety of products & services including branded apparel & custom embroidery.

Q. Do you have a set up fee?

A. No, we do not charge a set up fee like many apparel decorators do. There is a fee to digitize your logo before embroidery begins. The price will vary depending on the size & complexity of the logo. We do work with a digitizer that is very reasonably priced & the cost is usually much lower than the typical "set up fee".

Q. What do you have in stock right now?

A. We usually keep only a small quantity on hand other than our best selling colors. Our suppliers have nearby warehouses that enable us to get products within 1-2 business days.
