About Us

After working in the construction equipment rental industry for nearly 25 years it was time for a change. Working alongside a lifelong friend in his hat business was the answer. While the new venture did not offer "custom" headwear we received many requests for it. After about 6 months of offering custom hats, but having to work with a nation wide hat supplier, it was time to bring the decorating process in house. We purchased our first embroidery machine in February 2023 & Tubac Hat Company was transformed. Now able to have much faster turnarounds & flexibility on brand of hats we offer. Not only are we able to produce high quality hats, we are able to embellish just about anything you can think of that will fit into the embroidery machine. We've embroidered everything from the standards coats & jackets to backpack coolers, gun cases, & even horse blankets. In the summer of 2023 we added HTV (heat transfer vinyl) to our services. T-shirts & hoodies go well with hats, so why not do it all?
